About Times Tables

Each round is 10 multiplication questions with four answers to choose from. Early levels practise one table at a time — 2s, 5s and 10s first, then 3s and 4s, and so on up to 12s. Later levels mix all the tables together, add missing-number questions (7 × ? = 56) and division (56 ÷ 7 = ?), and give you a time limit for each question.

How to Play

• Read the question and tap the correct answer.
• You have 3 hearts per round — a wrong answer or running out of time costs one.
• Answer all 10 questions to finish the level; keeping all 3 hearts earns 3 stars.
• Use a hint (costs coins) to remove two wrong answers.

Tips

• Learn the easy tables first: anything × 10 ends in 0, and × 5 answers end in 0 or 5.
• Use facts you know: 7 × 8 is the same as 8 × 7, and 6 × 8 is double 3 × 8.
• For the 9s, the digits of the answer add up to 9 (9 × 7 = 63, and 6 + 3 = 9).
• Replay a level to practise a table you find hard — the questions stay the same.
